Every result on this site is an estimate based on the dimensions and options you enter, standard industry formulas, and national-average pricing shown as editable defaults. Actual material needs, waste, and pricing vary by location, supplier, site conditions and project specifics.

The site and its calculators are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that any estimate matches what you'll actually need or spend.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is engineering, architectural, legal or professional construction advice. Structural elements — footing depth, reinforcement, load-bearing spans — must be confirmed against your local building code or with a licensed professional before you build. Always verify final quantities with your supplier before ordering.
